Promotional Presence

We are guiding towards each promotional member on our team maintaining his or her voice, personally as well as on social media. It is important to engage in your various social media networks with creative personal posts that will engage with the desired target audience.  With that said, simply re-blogging or sharing promotional posts are important, but that alone will not fully engage your network to its highest potential. It is encouraged to be creative in your posts to create more engagement and interest among your network(s).

It is also very important to always keep in mind and work daily in expanding your network socially, both via social media as well on a personal basis. Adding more people and contacts to your network will ultimately make your social media experience all that much more enjoyable. Interacting is also crucial; “liking” and commenting back on what people post that is related to your own promotion.

When commenting and answering questions keep it relatively simple and light. Leave any questions that require major information or insider knowledge to the official page. Make sure to never refer to the Wild Buffalo as “us” or “we”, just to avoid any confusion of someone being misrepresented or identified as an official representative. Also please refrain from creating any profile or page that would represent the Wild Buffalo officially on the company’s behalf. Make sure to also never say anything that could be perceived negatively or offend someone else. Remember to present yourself well, online and in person, as you are now representing the Wild Buffalo from a promotion standpoint.

Most importantly we’d like to welcome you to the team. Thank you for your upcoming support. Each of you are a big part of this team, shaping the promotional movement we are aiming for. The remainder of this packet will outline the requirements or duties of the volunteers, the perks/benefits they will receive, and some promotional tips & tricks
