Who I am

 

My name is Zachary Fijal, I go by Zack. I am currently a senior attending Western Washington Univeristy. I am planning on graduating summer quarter of 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in business management, a minor in international business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. As of now my career interests and goals involve working in the business side of the live music and enterainment industry. I plan on working in the fields of music promotion, management, and production. Someday I would love to manage and own my own music venue. I am currently emplyed as a general event staff member at the Vogue Theatre, a music venue located downtown Vancouver, BC. I am also the newest addition to the team at the Wild Buffalo House of Music, filling the position of a promotional and marketing intern.

Interests 

 

Aside from being very passionate and interested in the live music and entertainment industry I also have a variety of other things to keep myself happily occupied in life. I enjoy staying very active - whether that's playing pick up games of basketball or joining intramural teams, lifting weights, hiking, running, skateboarding, or skimboarding. I also enjoy mixing and djing music - the Wild Buffalo has given me the platform to Dj and mix some of their weekly events.
